Cancellation & Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy designed to be fair for all users.

Introduction
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for events listed on our platform. It governs the responsibilities and liabilities of the Event Organiser (hereinafter "Organiser"), the Stall Holder (hereinafter "Vendor"), the Property Owner, and our platform (hereinafter "Platform").
1. Definitions
Organiser: The individual or entity responsible for creating, planning, and executing the Flea Market event.
Vendor: The individual or business booking a stall at the Flea Market through our Platform.
Property Owner: The owner or manager of the venue where the event is held.
Stall Fee: The total amount paid by the Vendor to book a stall.
Convenience Fee: A non-refundable fee charged by the Platform for processing the booking. The amount is specified at the time of booking.
Organiser's Advance: The initial payment made by the Organiser to the Property Owner to secure the venue.
Security Deposit: A refundable amount paid by an Organiser who is using their own venue, to secure the event listing on the Platform.
Platform Fee: A non-refundable service fee charged by the Platform for facilitating bookings and transactions. The fee amount varies from time to time and is specified at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation by the Organiser
This section applies when an Organiser cancels a listed event.
2.1 Event Held at a Third-Party Venue (Booked via Our Platform)
This applies when the Organiser has paid an advance to a Property Owner for the venue.
Refunds to Vendors:
In all cases of cancellation by the Organiser, all registered Vendors will receive a 100% full refund of their Stall Fee, including the Convenience Fee.
Refunds to the Organiser (on their Advance Payment):
The refund of the Organiser's advance payment to the Property Owner is dependent on the timing of the cancellation.
- Cancellation more than 15 days before the event date: The Organiser receives a 50% refund of the advance amount they paid to the Property Owner - Convenience Fee.
- Cancellation 15 days or less before the event date: The Organiser will receive No Refund of their advance payment. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including low stall bookings.
2.2 Event Held at the Organiser's Own Venue
This applies when the Organiser has paid a refundable Security Deposit (e.g., ₹5,000) to list the event on the Platform.
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the event date: The Organiser will not be charged a cancellation fee. Their Security Deposit will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation 7 days or less before the event date: The Security Deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded to the Organiser.
3. Cancellation by the Vendor
This section applies when a Vendor wishes to cancel their stall booking.
Cancellation more than 72 hours before the event's start time: The Vendor will receive a refund of the Stall Fee, minus the non-refundable Convenience Fee.
Cancellation within 72 hours of the event's start time: The Vendor will be charged a cancellation penalty. The Platform will retain the Convenience Fee + 50% of the total Stall Fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the event's start time: The Vendor will be charged a cancellation penalty and are not eligible for any refund.
No-Show: Vendors who do not check in at the event without prior cancellation notice will be considered a "No-Show" and are not eligible for any refund.
4. Cancellation by the Property Owner / Venue
This section applies if the booked venue becomes unavailable due to a cancellation by the Property Owner.
Refund to Organiser: The Organiser will receive a 100% full refund of any advance payments made to the Property Owner through our Platform.
Refund to Vendors: All registered Vendors will receive a 100% full refund of their Stall Fee, including the Convenience Fee.
Platform Liability: The Platform's liability is limited to processing the above refunds. The Platform is not responsible for any other direct or indirect losses incurred by the Organiser or Vendors due to the Property Owner's cancellation.
5. General Terms & Conditions
Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Communication: All cancellation requests must be submitted formally through the official channels provided on our Platform. Informal communication (e.g., social media messages, phone calls) will not be considered a valid cancellation request.
Policy Modification: The Platform reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of booking will be applicable.
